Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between you ("Customer") and mktg.directory ("Processor") and applies when personal data is processed as part of your use of the Service.

Purpose

The DPA ensures that personal data shared with mktg.directory is handled in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.

Data Handling Principles

• Data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering our marketing services.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
• All data transfers are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Subprocessing

mktg.directory may engage subprocessors to support service delivery. All subprocessors are subject to data protection terms consistent with this DPA.
