You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to process and store User Content to provide and improve the Service. AI-generated outputs may be influenced by your prompts and third-party models. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring they meet your legal, brand, and compliance requirements.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI outputs. Avoid using the Service to create infringing, unlawful, or harmful content.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Some features may be offered via paid plans or subscriptions. Fees, billing periods, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. We may change pricing with prior notice. Where applicable, refunds follow the policy shown during purchase. Taxes may apply.

Do not: (a) violate laws or rights of others; (b) upload malicious code; (c) attempt to bypass security; (d) scrape, bulk-extract, or resell without permission; (e) submit sensitive personal data without having a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
